N/A: version "lts/Erbium -> N/A" is not yet installed. #114

When running nvm use

You need to run "nvm install lts/Erbium" to install it before using it.
nvm use lts/Erbium
N/A: version "lts/Erbium -> N/A" is not yet installed.

Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS , nvm is case senstive and need to change lts/Erbium to lts/erbium
