Some fix and upgrade #15

1、修复shell脚本中openssl-1.1.x正则判断失效的问题 2、升级openssl到1.1.0f 3、升级curl到7.53.1 4、升级iOS SDK到10.3 5、升级ndk版本导ndk-r14b 6、make前执行clean 7、修复readme二级标题错误显示问题 8、openssl的install不安装文档，因为会消耗大量构建时间 9、clang使用同gcc前缀的可执行文件 10、升级protobuf到3.3.0，未编译通过，之前的版本也编译不过 11、增加若干注释，修改若干readme
