Installation instructions #136

Hi !

I want to warn you about some potential problems with installation docs.

First you suggest to 'checkout', but of course, first we need to 'clone' the repo, but it's not the mail issue

I go on and read to do a composer install

We canno ! There is no compsoer.json in the project

There isn't .env.example file either!

Is there a timeline when the 2.0 development branch seen in the demo will be pushed to github? The stable 1.2 branch is broken with PHP 8.0.

PLA v2 is still work in progress :(

Sorry to open an old wound, but I'm not sure how the responses to the OP addresses the issue. I just cloned and there's still no composer.json nor .evn.

EDIT: Ok, I see now that the published instructions are for a future version and so I understand the rest of this thread. Really confusing... I know, it's written right there in the README, my bad. But it does buck expectation/convention.
