v2 bind_id #266

Hello,

when bind_id cannot be specified in config.php (becouse Datastore is not know and config.php will be removed I red in another closed issue), so where i can set value? (so there si also bind_pass)

Bad question in bad time (in time of develop v2) I downloaded lower version, which seems to work
