Svelte support was just added to uplot-wrappers https://github.com/skalinichev/uplot-wrappers Reflect this change in the readme.

Any update on this one? It's a very basic one-line pull-request, please take a look.

Let me know if you're not interested in mentioning the third-party integrations inside the readme anymore. In that case feel free to remove the existing React and Vue integrations as well.
