Add lists like best picture winners,imdb top 250 etc. #518

Description

We can implement various lists, such as IMDb's top 250 movies, all Best Picture winners, or all Best Picture nominations. This feature would provide a comprehensive list of movies in each category, indicating which movies you have already watched and those that remain unwatched. Additionally, it would offer a statistical overview, showing the total number of movies watched, for example, "20 out of 95 (21%)," similar to the functionality found in Letterboxd lists.

So there is already a issue https://github.com/leepeuker/movary/issues/421 for adding user playlists.

What you suggest is the ability to import playlists like the imdb 250, am I understanding you correctly?
