Change documentation to require('mongoose-validator').validator #3

It seems as the API changed from straight up providing the validator functions to putting them into exports.validator the README did not reflect.

It would help a lot of new users if this change was shown in the README.

This has since changed in the coming 0.2.0a release - there is currently a branch available for review. Any changes to documentation in there gratefully received.
