include 'anon' contributors #4

By not including the non-github contributors, in some cases the main contributor(s) are not on the high-score list, which isn't too fair to them.

For example compare https://github.com/api/v2/json/repos/show/divio/django-cms/contributors/ to https://github.com/api/v2/json/repos/show/divio/django-cms/contributors/anon, as you can see, Patrick Lauber with 817 contributions is missing from the currently used API endpoint.
