Problem accessing /command/create-project-from-upload. Reason: NOT_FOUND #134

I've checked out the Google Refine source and tried to build it from fresh.

It builds OK, but on attempting to create a project I get an error 404
"Problem accessing /command/create-project-from-upload. Reason:
NOT_FOUND".

It would seem that the wiring for \webapp\modules\core\MOD-INF\controller.js 
isn't working properly???

The browser cache had stored an old page with incorrect links.  Shift + Reload 
cleared the cache, allowing the current page to be displayed solving the issue.
