Use subdirectory for archives (tar, zip) #144

The archive should have all the files place in a subdirectory named gridworks 
or gridworks-<version> so that if someone accidentally unpacks them without 
switching to a subdirectory they don't have a huge mess to clean up.  cf

The Linux distribution is OK and Mac uses a virtual disk image, so I think it's 
just the Windows zip file that needs to be fixed.
