Perfect match only option when reconciling using details from other columns #150

Refine should have capability for itself and extensions to add additional
checkboxes called "Force", "Force Match" or "Perfect Match" next to Include?
for each additional column that is included during reconcile. This would help
to force a perfect match and throw out irrelevant candidates that should not
even be shown to the user because he/she choose to perform perfect matches
against those additional columns.

Example: Reconciling a City column and using an additional State column against
the Freebase /location/location/containsby. Checking an individual Force box
next to the included State column would throw out returned candidates that do
not match the extra property or properties. Reconciling a City column that
contains the cell "Miami" and has a corresponding cell of "Florida" in the
State column for the row or record would throw out Miami(99) in Arizona as a
candidate, even if the recon service returned "Miami" in Arizona with a score
of (99) and help to automatch against the Miami(102) in Florida.
