Please make permalink hold page info #162

I think it would be useful if the permalink generated by google refine allows 
one to address a specific page of results.  Sometimes, I'd like to get to a 
specific page (with a certain page size) and I don't think it's currently 
possible to do that other than actually paging there through the UI (or 
manipulating the UI's JavaScript I'm sure...)
