I like the idea.  Taking this further I think holding and dragging the column 
title would be a great way of achieving this.

I'm a bit confused by the title of the issue. Move column n *rows*? By the way, 
in the drop-down menu next to "All" (left most), there's a Re-order column 
command that lets you drag and drop to re-order columns. Would that help here?
