Documentation states extensions are mounted at /extensions, but they are really mounted at /extension. #227

Several pieces of documentation state that extensions are mounted at 
"/extensions" (note the 's'), however this is incorrect:

ule/index.vt

The configuration clearly documents that "/extension" is correct:
