Notifications for NetworkStatus #28

@kevintaing86 could you assist me with getting this to work? I've made some progress in the networkNotify branch

We will need to determine what OS the user is using and based on that we user specific notification functions

@kevintaing86 check out electron notifications and electron tray might be good ways of implementing Alternatively we could use
electron-notify node-pushnotifications
