Allow user to move the favorites "star" to another location

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Online Videos

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would like to be able to move the Favorites folder (start) to the beginning 
of my sites list. Currently it (and the download folder) are at the very end of 
the list and I dont see a way to move them to the beginning. I almost always 
want to start in the favorites folder now that I can add categories in verion 
0.29.

What version of MediaPortal are you using? On what operating system?

1.1.0 on XP

What skin?

StreamedMP

Would a simple checkbox in Config to have them at first or last in the list be 
enough?

Cool, that would certainly be enough. In general, it would be nice to make it 
part of the channel list so that it could be put anywhere. Maybe someone else 
wants Youtube first followed by favorites.

Because Favorites and Downloads are added dynamically and have translated names 
to the user's language, they can't be added to the list.
