Add image resizer add 76 width #43

Tried to implement printer width 76
Convert image to RGBA_565 during reading
Fix the issue that can not have more than one same {RP:n:*} tag in one line
replace image resizer static method so it can retain aspect ratio while can have max-width or max-height

Hi @deckyfx thank you for your PR, but can you include only the relevant changes in your PR? I can see this PR contains many other changes like you already have in #42
