Added missing invocation to callback #123

A callback to parser() from id3v2.js is not invoked for this attached file. Even if this PR seems to fix the issue, but is quick-and-dirty. Feel free to close the PR and take a permanent solution.

I'm not seeing any issues with the attached file. Can you expand on the issue?

The issue has been fixed by your latest commit, fdb1b5d7d9802143d26fc92a3292fba3cdbc961f; you can reproduce it without the commit. I close this PR.
