regiocode not the right one #13

@leeuwte I overlooked in README that not the official regios code is used. These are the official codes of the Veiligheidsregios in NL https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/veiligheidsregios-en-crisisbeheersing/veiligheidsregios

I was confused of the result of the wrong filtercode for I was sure Haaglanden was regio 15

Can you correct that in your database

Interesting; Was not aware of this. The codes which are mentioned in the readme are the once which are provided by the api (which is not owned by me). Ofcourse I can do a mapping; which would make sense.
