Possible fix for #7 and #35 #43

This should solve both #7 and #35 because it not relies anymore on global commands.

@leewinder could you please review it and provide some feedback?

After some time this is still a big issues on some build environments and it could be solved easily in this way.

Typings dependency removed in ng2-file-drop v5.0.0 https://www.npmjs.com/package/ng2-file-drop
