Request to add Charge cable connected as possible action #146

Hi,

Could Charge cable status be added to "Actions" so triggers could happen based on the charge cable status?

This can be done through triggering by entity status as demonstrated here: https://github.com/leeyuentuen/polestar_api/issues/106#issuecomment-1910242329
