Unexpected error creating the API

I can open the link https://polestarid.eu.polestar.com/PolestarLogin/login to my account just fine. However when I launch the polestar add in under settings..integrations..add integrations while I can see and load Polestar EV it asks for my username and password, which I enter, then just says "Unexpected error creating API"

I am based in New Zealand, is that going to be a problem?

This is weird, as my polestar app on my phone works fine. When I open https://polestarid.eu.polestar.com/Account/landing-page on my desktop it shows my account, but there is nowhere to see any cars.

It did not get resolved, I am just hoping someone knows the path to getting the car registered to that account/website so that it then appears in your app.

I have been waiting for an add-on like yours for HA for almost 2 years, thanks so much for building it.

Do you know how to do this? Is there a specific email address and do I need any information like the car VIN?

can you check if you see the car tab. if not, you can send email to polestar i think something like info@polestar.com or anything like that and say that you can see your car in that page.

but do you have access on the mobile app?
