   nomogen is now faster - it uses python libraries more
   for dual scales nomogen copies curve functions to the second scale, saving brain-ache for the user
   muShape parameter allows outer scales to roam away from the corners of the unit square

   added a few more examples

   much expanded user guide
   updated notes  document

   see CHANGES.TXT

second commit

fixes pynomo bug "from scipy import arange"
nomogen handles \backslash text in footer text
nomogen does not interfere with user supplied functions when plotting dual scale axes
also minor edits to some tests
