Pairwise PERMANOVA tests #8

Would be useful to be able to follow up a significant main effect in adonis, to see which factor levels differ from which others. Could be done by multiple pairwise permanovas applying FDR correction.

Added to v.0.0.1.94 see: calc_pairwise_permanovas()
