Fixed typo within README.rst #72

"dictionnary" was just changed to "dictionary", this is just a typo I found. Although, I'm unsure of whether or not "dictionary" is spelled differently in specific locations.

Thank you, this spelling error stayed there for 8 years until you corrected it (it came from a mix up with the french version of the word).
