As a Panel Submitter I don't need to see Revision Information.
As a Panel Submitter I would like the form to be easier to use:
We should start the form off with Basic Panel information:
Help text should be easier to read, better placed.
Page1: Title, Description(Abstract), Host/Sponsor, Panel Workshop Topics, Panel Type(Panel, Workshop, Film Screening, Performances, Meeting).
Page2: Audience, Special Needs(AV recording( do you allow it?), Avail for Sched, AV Usage (do they need equipment), Other)
Page 3: Panel Organizer info (The Panel organiser should be autofiled with the Panel Submitter's information.), add roles based on Panel Type( details to come from Marcus) Panel organizer has to buy a ticket( unless they can't) must check off that they have read the statement.
Page 4: Add Speakers. fn, ln, email, affiliation*, Bio. (Same for roles on page 3) no limit.
Email should be sent prospective speakers, Panel Organizer, panels@leftforum.org on submission of speaker, and other roles. Marcus will supply emails.
Invite would include link to account creation form with info prepopulated based on Page 3, 4 info.
