As a Panel Administrator (volunteer, staff) I would like to send individualized emails but also emails in a group to panel organizers and speakers eg. to encourage that panels got merged etc. or in case of important updates on panels (room changes etc.).
As we have several panel administrators this communication should be stored and be visible on the admin part of the website. Maybe an extra dashboard for this could be used....
