Basically an xcopy install of canopy (no VS required). You could probably package Atom+Ionide with it too.

It would also be cool to package an electron app that helps with css selector finding and test creation (QA/xcopy centric).

That would be cool, but would require me to dive deeper into the js ecosystem =(. JS knowledge tends to have an incredibly short shelf life =*(
