I would like to use favorites to also add links to various, commonly used resources that will always be available regardless of the workspace. Perhaps in "scoped" groups.
When using VSCode for something like PowerShell system administration, it's less project/development work, where one needs to navigate to common files in a workspace, and more ad-hoc execution of various PS scripts.
It would be great for a "script drawer" of sorts, but could also support URL links.
