Improve mapgen #12

Got the basics done. Not able to do thorough testing since I'm unable to use the big PC right now. I'm not fully sure what you want so suggest away.

From what I've seen there is plenty of ocean with spiky islands. Further testing is probably needed to confirm this though. I can smooth it out and/or increase island size if wanted
