usb0 / usb1 random shuffling #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. connecting two (2) external usb hard drives with different 360 games on both.
2. FSD randomly assigns 'usb0' and 'usb1' to my external usb drives.
3. Rebooting FSD will reproduce these results. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect external usb hard drives on 'usb0' & 'usb1' to be static to the port 
they are connected to. For example, the rear usb port should be 'usb0', and the 
front ports be 'usb1' & 'usb2', respectively.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

FSD 1.20

Please provide any additional information below.

This "bug" and/or the lack of feature implementation negates all the hours I've 
spent on organizing game art/previews/360 title renaming preferences. Thus 
making FSD Indexer less attractive and somewhat useless.
