File operations reports "FIle Transfer Complete" inappropriately #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using CopyDVD when hard drive is full
2. deleting something

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of reporting that the hard drive is full or CopyDVD failed, FSD
will say "file transfer complete". One learns to ignore this statement and
instead confirm the X out of X files message. When deleting, the message is
out of place.
