Recover missing MzLS exposures #345

There are a small number of MzLS exposures that we had marked as completed in the tile file that don't appear at all in our DR8 exposure lists. The are 4 on the equator that we don't care as much about, but another 12 near dec=+33. The list is below. I've not yet cross-referenced to the file names in the NOAO archive.

I think just the first of these (Z_EXPNUM 62786) is truly missing; these other ones look to me like cases where adding 310^5 or 310^6 to the expnum brings in matches. 145479 looks to me like it's in the file list as is, though it has qkeep = 0 (MZLS_CP/CP20171108/k4m_171109_061536_ooi_zd_v1.fits.fz; WCSCAL failed).

I think the existing comment addresses this ticket fairly completely, except for 62786. 62786 is still not included, unless it somehow got found as part of David H's most recent files. But I don't think we want to try to chase down this single exposure? I'd be happy to close this.
