failed segmentation for large, bright galaxies (fix for next SGA version) #722

With the DR10.1.2 tag of the code, the following large, bright galaxies do not get detected / segmented / photometered correctly:

Actually, these are all fine in DR10, so it looks like this is a --fit-on-coadds each which would only impact the next version of the SGA. Closing.
