don't smooth fringe masters #29

Near the CCD edges at the field center the fringe patterns are very high frequency

example of subtracting smooth fringe master from raw fringe master:

however the striping features should be in the flat field? smoothing does seem to reduce noise in the center regions, but not sure how to keep it from messing up the edges
