forgot to add AREA tags to one exam #126

all XML exams validate against the DTD now (except for question 24 in exam 2013-10 that has two AREA values, and apparently that's not easy to validate with DTDs).

@odanoburu peço abrir um issue para não esquecermos deste caso pendente. Se possivel, descrever o que vc tentou no DTD e nao funcionou para validar este caso.
