Currently many templates are not formatted properly, and sometimes even entirely contained within a single line. This affects readability and is detrimental to the pull request revision model of open source legal templates.
Ideally, the templates should also be uniformly styled and indented correctly. Maybe in the future we can adopt an XML style guide for templates based on something like https://google.github.io/styleguide/xmlstyle.html
