allow electronic execution in our boilerplate #126

Put this text into all our agreements:

Counterparts & Electronic Signature: This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, and counterparts may be exchanged by electronic transmission (including by email), each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together constitute one and the same agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of execution by way of counterparts, this Agreement shall not be deemed to be concluded until the last of such counterparts shall have been executed.

You just need to ensure that the document that includes this clause also lists somewhere in it what those other counterpart documents are otherwise you can never assert that the contract is complete and enforceable. On Apr 28, 2016 6:42 PM, "Meng Weng Wong" notifications@github.com wrote:

Doesn't Echosign list out how many copies were sent out? If i'm right, then this is an objective fact.

Nonetheless, I will fix that just in case we want to use it for in-person docs.

(note: don't capitalise Party unless it is defined)
