As far as I can tell we're in agreement about spinning off L4 development into its own opensource foundation. Unless there's an objection, I'm leaning toward choosing the Tardigrade as the mascot for L4 programming language because:
I like tardigrades
to remind us that we are building something for the real world---not a lab toy.
Also, I think geek programmers are more willing to tolerate the absurdity of 1.5mm mascot.
