A deal sheet describes a security. I'm not confident that at present our deal sheets fully describe the securities. Ideally, complete parameterization should permit completely automated extraction and construction of the "amendment&alteration to the Constitution" document.
We probably need to expand the range of key/value pairs defined in a deal sheet to provide sufficient information to completely specify the security.
Chiahli has been working on a spreadsheet that exhaustively lists all the parameters that we have come across in paperwork to date. From that we should be able to create a schema, and from the schema we should be able to create a template deal sheet that is super long, and we should be able to create an XML template that builds the right English from any given well-formed set of params.
