• AC26 is the reference date for purposes of computation, usually =today() but changeable to a date in the future or the past if you want to pretend it's some other date.
• W26 is the date of commencement of the vesting plan.
• D26 is the number of immediately unrestricted shares granted at the start of the vesting scheme.
• L26 is the cliff end date.
• H26 is the number of cliff shares.
• J26 is the number of shares vesting monthly.
