update volunteer agreement to include termination for cause #88

from FEV feedback on Class F agreements:

For consistency, the provisions of the employment/volunteer agreement must entitle the Company to terminate in those “Cause” events which are specified in Clause 3.2 of the Class F Agreement.  We have not sighted any employment/volunteer agreement.
