factor out syntax for amendment & restatement #90

the convertible_note and class_f agreements know how to amend and restate themselves.

we next need this for the shareholders agreement.

factor out the code that transforms a normal agreement into an amendment.

apply that transformation to the shareholders agreement.

do it by hand, first, and describe what you do as you go along.

well, it's one line, so i'm going to mark this as resolved for now but we do need a better way in future.

for instance, we should properly log the dates of all agreements, and link A&Rs to earlier docs.
