For Biosimilars dataset, the legal text for 2017 records of OH, SC, PA, RI do not show up when that state criteria is queried (clicking on cite or gavel symbols). http://lawatlas.org/datasets/biosimilars-laws Operating System: Windows Browser: Chrome

We researched this and found it to be a bug in the custom LawAtlas code. This is not an issue in the advanced mapping (aka plugin).

This is solved by the same solution as #64

Since we are rolling out "the plugin" this mapping issue will no longer be an issue, marking as done for that reason.
