Search Box Sync won't save preferences #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change the rules
2. Restart the browser
3. Your changes are gone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
> I expected the rule changes I made to still be there after a restart of Pale 
Moon.  But they weren't.  They were gone.  PM did NOT crash.  I did a normal 
restart.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
> Pale Moon 24.7.2 64-bit on Windows 7 64-bit.  SBS is version 1.4.0.

Please provide any additional information below.
Pale Moon is a Firefox fork hosted from http://www.palemoon.org/.  I'm on 
MozNet with the nicks WillPittenger, WLP|Away, and wlp|tab.  I'm normally in 
irc://irc.mozilla.org/palemoon.
