searchboxsync/searchwp interaction failure

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create 2 google search tabs (different searches)
2. flip between the 2
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- search box changes - terms toolbar does not
- hitting "highlight terms" forces terms toolbar change

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sbs 1.03 swp 1.0 winXP

Please provide any additional information below.

searchbox sync 0.42 works fine not sure about (1.0-1.02)
