Search bar should be tab-specific

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for [foo].
2. Create a new tab.
3. Search for [bar].
4. Switch back to the old tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The text should revert to ‘foo’, instead of staying as ‘bar’.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a Firefox bug[1], but it is more relevant for SearchWP because it
makes preserving a tab’s context much more useful.
