Bug Fixes:

• DataSelectors support get
• lprops can handle NaN

Improved calibration functions:

• Updated routines to adapt to new pars to be able to read units and errors and handle the new pars structure
• All pf read from dataprod dynamically for each detector
• All QC cuts moved to dataprod metadata parameters where each cut can be configured
• All ecal definitions moved to pars func strings which can be parsed as PropertyFunctions

New LDMUtils submodule containing helper and utils functions to support user experience.

DataTier calls can handle special detector files

l200.tier[:peaks, :cal, :p03, :r000, ChannelId(100000)]

therefore works.
