Metal Gear Solid Twin snakes: Once i went through the door to go to disk 2 the game crashes and all my saves are gone #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.once i go to the door to go to disk 2 the game crashes and all my saves were 
deleted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
what is suppose to happen is it should go to the insert disk 2 screen then i 
have to somehow do that, but instead it crashed and i lost all my save files 

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
The latest version of nintendont and on a wii

Please provide any additional information below.
I need to know a way of somehow being able to play disk 2 without playing 
through disk 1 again.
