3rd/4th gamepad not functioning in Timesplitters 2 (official gamecube controller adapter) #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.starting timesplitters 2 and entering 3 or 4 player from main menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game is detecting all the gamecube controllers, but when trying to use 
inputs on the controller in the profile select page only the first and second 
control are functional. Third and Forth ports work fine in all other games 
tested.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
Latest revision, Wii U.
